HEDSA Symposium 2026

Dear HEDSA Members,

We are excited to announce that the HEDSA Symposium will take place on Sunday 1^st November, before the APS DPP annual meeting in Chicago.

This year the symposium will run from 5-7 pm in a new format: we will have a panel discussion with program managers from federal funding agencies, and then transition into a student poster session, with a prize for the best poster.

We will also have drinks and refreshments as part of the symposium due to the generous support of our sponsors: US IFE, Marvel Fusion, and Inertia.

Please make your travel plans accordingly, and encourage your students to attend – they can show a poster that they will be showing later in the week, and this will be a great opportunity for detailed discussions with members of our community.
